    Have Tried Everything Possible and Still Have Problems


    I am writing this post as a last resort before I go to the store and get a PS4 Pro. Since about two weeks ago, my Xbox One X has been having serious issues. Starting with a saved games error asking me to clear my local saved games, to not being able to download
    anything, to not even being able to sign into my account. I don’t know where to go from here as I have taken every step possible to fix this. Steps I have taken are below:

    Hard reset

    Complete factory reset

    Complete factory reset removing games as well

    Received new Xbox from advanced exchange (have identical issues with this Xbox)

    Brought Xbox to my parents house (better WiFi ~60mb/s)

    Is there something I am missing here? Is my Xbox profile corrupted? New factory tested Xbox, fast WiFi, still unable to download games properly or start games without getting an error code regarding my saved games.

    Any help here would be greatly appreciate.

    I am continuously having this issue "Failed to find a compatible GTA online session" and I just got "The Independence Day Special", bought the Monster Truck and everything, which I had to get a Shark card for.....Would be nice if I could use it for longer
    than 30 minutes! I'd also like to use the fireworks I bought. are the servers just bogged down or what? the server I was in was like 1/3rd full....

    Yeah there is a huge downside to deleting your Gamertag if your not able to reinstall it, it happened to me at the request of the M$ rep. =/

    Being disconnected from Live sounds like a Xbox or your home network, are you hardlined or running wireless and what does running a network through the xBox tell you.

    Have you linked your Rockstar social club account with your x box gamertag?

    Probably your NAT type is 'strict' and needs to be opened. I had the same issue a month or so back where I couldn't connect until I found out my NAT was strict.
