Have to pay for gamertag, dont have free first change

Sorry to hear you have run into this problem. By the looks of your Gamertag it looks like you did indeed Customize it when you initially set up the account. The free gamertag is only granted when you chose to keep the randomly generated gamertag that was
provided to you.

The free change is only available if you were given a randomly generated gamertag when you created your account and are changing that tag for the first time. Since the tag you have is not a randomly generated tag but one you chose, the you have technically
already used your free change and you will have to pay if you want to change it again.

Tell that someone to give you $ to pay for the gamertag change, because only the first name change is free the rest dont.

for me only says to pay...i dont want to pay 10$ to change my gamertag...i want it for free lol... its my first time lol
