Discus and support have to install forza horizon 4 on my device every time i want to play it in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; If i want to play forza horizon 4 online on pc i have to go to the windows store and click install on device.     If i want to play forza horizon 4 online on pc i have to go to the windows store and click install on device. This wouldn't be to bad if the windows store actually worked. Sometimes it doesn't start the download and most of the time the download fails.
    For the past few days i have been unable to play the game because the windows store refuses to download it. I have tried using wsreset, restarting my pc and signing in and out multiple times but it just wont download. I have also tried reinstalling toredo
    adapters to no avail. My pc specs are good enough to run the game, my internet is fast enough and i have xbox live gold so these aren't the problem.

    Had a look through but couldn't see anything about the issue i'm having but thanks for the suggestion.

    Are you running an insider build of Windows on your PC or utilizing a VPN?

    Nope, normal windows 10 with no vpn.
