Please correct me if I’m wrong, the disc games you have are not showing up on your new digital console game library? Your new console is an Xbox Series S?

Disc games will only work on consoles that have disc drive. If you have a digital console, your disc games will not be in the library because you will need digital license to play the games.

Got good connection and I'm still with the same broadband provider that I have downloaded and reinstalled games in the past but for some unknown reason xbox1 just not reinstalling or the free game I got from Microsoft store goes to Xbox1 library for installing
but like others fails.....i know all uninstalled game files goes to the cloud but there definitely seem to be a broken error to reinstall games.

Do you own the game on disc or digital? If it's disc, then that will be why the game does not show in your library on PC, as you need to own the digital version for that to show up in your PC library.

I've got games still boxed from xbox1 days that are perfect just have to hide them from the kids.

Most good games shops will have no problem with returns as they know how delicate discs can be

Xbox account region does match the region in which the game is available

purchased the EA WRC game digitally, can verify that the license is correctly associated with my Xbox account

does not explain why i can see the game in my library on xbox1 which is not compatible for xbox 1 so therefore i cannot download even to an external drive log in to account on my xbox X and game does not show in library so cannot even download
