    I have loaded some clips after more than 1 try because of this error but today after 4 hours I haven't been able to upload a 2 min clip. Trying over and over during 4 hours without success. What's the source of this error?

    Did you get the error code as above and did you do what Jesse said? That’s what happened and helped for me. If it’s not that I have zero idea. Took me over an hour of messing and searching threads online until I found this one

    Stuck on the green boot screen after a restore factory defaults with E303 8007042C error

    I am only going off the couple of bits of info i found when i searched that error code.

    If you search your error code from the drop down menu at the top of the page it will open a couple of other threads on the same topic.

    The hard reset fixed the problem for some of those that tried it.
