    Have received promotional rewards for tuning into Sea of Thieves Stream.


    Hey Xbox customer support!

    I tuned into the Xbox Live Stream on the 22nd of March to receive the Pistol for Sea of Thieves and haven't gotten it yet. I was logged in using my Microsoft account and qualified for the rewards, but since I got my Black Dog Pack yesterday I wasn't sure
    if these rewards were just being delayed heavily as well. The support FAQ says to contact you once it has been 7 days so I decided to give that a shot.

    P.S: Loving the game so far I just need the pistol to complete my Black Dog Set. XD

    Since you watched on the 22nd of march that should show up within 7 to 10 days. Let's have you hang in there and post back on April 2nd if you still do not see the content.

    You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.



    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed, but you can see that appear in your
    commerce page even if it does not appear in game!

    I checked earlier today and still have not received the code for the pistol, I also checked the order history page and don't see the promotional item listed there. In case it helps, I did check into the stream twice, once early on in the stream while at
    work I viewed it for a little while. Then I logged in that evening to watch the stream but it had ended.
