How can I check the status of my subscriptions?

How can I change how I pay for my Xbox Subscription?

You can change how you pay for your Xbox subscription online or on your Xbox one console. Just follow the steps listed in our

How can I cancel my Xbox subscription?

If you don't use the features of Xbox Live anymore and would like to cancel your Xbox subscription, go through the steps listed in our How to cancel your Xbox subscription page. First you will need to make sure that you have verified the following before cancelling:

• You can't cancel an Xbox subscription if it is suspended or past due. Before you can cancel, you will need to pay the past due balance.
• If you have a prepaid subscription, you won't see the Cancel or Remove option next to your subscription. You won't need to cancel or turn off auto renewal because prepaid subscriptions automatically expire and you will not be billed.
