Have purchased GOW4 console bundle but did not recieve old GOW titles for xbox 360?

Microsoft support chat told me to post on this site regarding Xbox 1 GOW4 console which i didn't receive any codes for the old Xbox 360 GOW games which are included in this bundle and nothing has popped up in ready to download either? I have my receipt from
JB HIFI Warrawong NSW 2529 Australia and have been told that i can get a copy or code for these games as i have paid $599 for the console

still have not received codes for GOW bundle since purchasing my xbox1 gow4 bundle on oct 11. What gives?

Make GoW collection available to buyers of GoW 4 Limited Edition Bundle

As of now if you buy the retail game GoW 4 you get tokens to download all previous GoW titles for free. But buyers of the new Xbox One S GoW console bundle are left out of this promotion. This bundle comes with the game, but not tokens for the previous
titles? I don't understand - it seems I am penalized for spending $449 vs. $59.

Please make this offer available to buyers of the upcoming new GoW 4 console bundle.

FYI they are sent in waves

You will just have to wait for your turn in the waves whichwhich forum supports has mentioned could be a month however it could be sooner it could be later

As ngocphi stated. To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase
of Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this. You can find more information

Hi!

GOW4 is a Play Anywhere compatible title (purchasing it digitally from the Store) and you can play it on console and PC. Unfortunately, the offer to receive GOW 1, 2 and 3 (playing GOW Ultimate Edition before the date) is now finished on December 31st 2015.

The promotion is, gow 4 ultimate edition which i preordered and recieved and installed on oct 12. The content i have not recieved yet is the dl codes for gow 1,2&3. The game was enclosed with the gow 4 ultimate edition console that i purchased on oct 12
from amazon.ca. I live in Canada and my account is Canadian and is in good standing. This is my very first xbox system.

yeah, I bought Xbox one S with GoW4 a month ago, and I still have not got the codes for the Xbox 360 GoW games.

An official response would be good. Not just a "within a month" reply, because that seems like an excuse.
