    Have purchased games on the store but received no rewards credit for it?


    I registered for the rewards program back in December and since they have probably purchased about 100 dollars worth of games but I see no record of that on my account review?

    xbox rewards help

    Hi, I recently purchased two games for the xbox store on the 4th of June. But I haven't received any credit back. The two games I purchased were Ghost Recon Deluxe Edition and Tekken 7. I have a level four reward level. Can you help please.

    Wildlands Rewards Credits Not Received

    So i purchased Wildlands last month during the Xbox Rewards event which should've credited my rewards account 10,000 credits, but I have received no credits so far.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hello Artichoke Army,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    No 10$ Microsoft credit for borderlands handsome collection pre order

    The $10 credit was an offer from microsoftstore.com if you are not a Rewards member. So you would need to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store if that is the case. If you are a Rewards member you would have received 15,000 credits if you purchased
    from microsoftstore.com. If you purchased the game digitally, you would not have been eligible for the rewards.

    I did not receive 50,000 MS points for upgrading to "S" version from previous.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Rewards program forum, but the only way to receive the credits is by purchasing from microsoftstore.com There is no way to get the credits for a retail store purchase. Phone and chat support do
    not handle the Rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the offers. Support can only be found via Twitter or the Rewards forums.
