    Have Not Revcived Rewards For Months on games i bought

    A reward staff member will have to review your purchases, but keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables (which you seem to have quite a few of), and subscriptions do NOT qualify for MyVip rebates. You also must have at least 1 star in MyVip in order
    to receive rebates on your eligible purchases.

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Support will double check if any of the purchases were eligible for offers,
    but VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it would be too soon to see credits for February purchases if you are eligible.

    Your Ghost Recons preorder would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive credits.

    Actually, if I am reading his post correctly, he pre-ordered Ghost Recon on December 21st or 22nd 2016 making the pre-order ineligible for the current promotion. Not to mention all of the in-game consumables which are not eligible. The only 2017 purchase
    which is eligible for MyVip is Tiny Troopers $9.99 as the rest of 2017 is Call of Duty Infinity Points (in-game consumables)

    Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Furthermore, you are registered as a CA member, so we only track purchases made in CAD.

    We rewarded your December purchase of Dead Effect 2, Hitman Intro Pack, and Battleborn. Every other purchase was either a consumable (Call of Duty points) or a pre-order. Since you had a promotional subscription as well as a lapse in your subscription, you
    were awarded at a free level.

    Again, your Call of Duty point purchases are not eligible for Rewards, due to being an in-game consumable. Furthermore, we calculate MyVIP payback based off of 10.60 CAD increments, as mentioned in our FAQ. Since your Tiny Troopers purchase did not complete
    this amount, it was reserved to complete a 10.60 amount in a following month. Your For Honor purchase was a pre-order.

    You manually requested a deposit of your December Rewards, so you should have seen the payback for that month. If you would like to review that event again, you can do so from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
