    Have not recieved my credits and wrong vip star rank


    I have had this problem with xbox live rewards for many years.

    Firstly i have earned 3,750 lifetime credits and as a preview program member ive recently earned 740 credits

    I am still waiting for all my credits to be turned into microsoft points and credited to my xbox.

    I have been an xbox live gold member for almost 10 years and those are the total credits ive earned and are yet to recieve so for me for almost 10 years i have yet to enjoy the rewards of the rewards program.

    I have come to the conclusion that im never going to get rewarded what ive earned.

    Please could you look into this for me.?

    Finally my Vip star rank for the rewards program says 0 stars beginer rank but ive been a member of the rewards program almost 10 years. 6 months ago it said i was ranked legendary so so why all a sudden have i dropped back to beginer.?

    I hope you can help me with both these issues, i wasnt going to post here on the forums but Zak from xbox live support told me to post on the forums because it is new and improved and he promised me you will beable to help.

    Reward credits not being deposited

    I have accumulated 11k credits and they have not been deposited. Have had credits for over 6 months that have not been deposited. And also lost my viper star rank.

    it seems as if somehow my rewards rank has reset. I have over 75000 rewards credits earned, but am showing VIP rank 1?? Seems like something is wrong, and I know I was atleast VIP lvl 2. Thanks.

    Have not recieved my credits and wrong vip star rank

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't reached that point yet, you have not earned an automatic deposit. Since you do have over 1,000 credits pending, you can request
    a deposit and they should be deposited on the date listed on the site that you make the request.

    Legendary status is in reference to your achievement level, not your VIP status. VIP status is based on star levels which are based on how much you spend in the marketplace over a yearly period. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at

    I don't work for the Rewards program so I can't do anything about that. If they show as pending, you would have the option to Request a Deposit on the MyRewards section of the site. If the program has had an issue making deposits in your account, that would
    also be noted on that page. If your account status shows that everything is good, then your previous request may have already gone through. Your Lifetime Credits earned includes all credits you have earned since joining the program, that includes pending and
    deposited credits. If they have been deposited, that would be noted in your statement on the MyRewards section of the site and would show when the credits were deposited.

    I'm still having serious problems with xbox live rewards I have not earned any of the eligible reward points at all.

    In Decemeber xbox one had a rewards offer that you earn double rewards credits and free microsft points for purchasing the new releases and renewing gold, so I purchased Watchdogs 2 and Battlefield 1 and also purchased two lots of watchdogs 2 DLC and renewed
    my xbox live gold membership but I have not been credited reward credits or the microsft points promised.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    In December there was the Rewards Story offer where you had to purchase eligible content in 3 parts, past, present, and future. I'm not sure about Watchdogs, but Battlefield was eligible for that offer, however, you would only receive credits if you completed
    all 3 parts.

    The other offer was the Games on Demand punch card, but you still had to preorder 3 eligible games during the offer period.

    There were no specific offers for DLC so you would have only received credits for those if you are eligible for VIP rebates.

    If you're still having issues, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it for you.
