Have not Recieved Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code

Hello,

I pre-ordered the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and have not received the code for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition which comes with it. I would like if I could get my code sent to my account or email.

I contacted the live chat support on this matter and a support rep named Joida directed me to this

link and support page and told me that the support personnel here will email me my code.



I appreciate the help.

Halo Wars DE code has not arrived not yet

I didn't recieved my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition, and I purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition

Despite what chat told you, we are currently unable to assist. While we can recover codes that have been sent to your account in the past, we cannot generate new ones yet.

According to the
Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order page:



The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
