    Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

    Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

    If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

    If you haven't already, please go ahead and check your Xbox Live messages on your Xbox One console or through the Xbox App on Windows 10. Have not received the Quantum Break for windows code, Alan Wake code and the back. :)

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    Hey RoseBubz07,

    You were sent two separate games, Alan Wake & Alan Wake's American Nightmare. As Kolea stated, Quantum Break for Windows 10 codes started going out today, and everyone should received their codes 7-10 days after Quantum Break's release.

    Please post a new thread if you don't receive your Quantum Break for Windows 10 code by the 15th of April, 2016.

    As Smwutches stated, you can expect Alan Wake American Nightmare to go out 7-10 days after your purchase, and the Alan Wake and Quantum break Windows 10 codes will go out 7-10 days after Quantum Break's release.
