Xbox one forza 6 bundle, credits not received

I purchased Xbox one forza 6 bundle, on the 24th of December and have not received my 1,000,000 credits

 

Lost All Messages (Including Promo Codes)

I had received promotional codes for multiple Gears of War games, various codes of Forza and Forza Horizon.

I seem to have lost these promotional codes that I had received via Xbox Messages.

It would be great if someone could help me out in resending me all eligible codes.

If this is for the Name Your Game bundle, you will need to fill out the form on the bottom of the offer's FAQ for assistance -

I did that already, i put in the code on the card that came inside bundle box and waited 24 hours for the game code then nothing. Then I did the Microsoft promo thing and nothing. called support nothing. chatted with support they said today and guess what?
NOTHING. My eight year old is climbing up the wall cause he wants to play his game.

 

It can take up 3 business days to receive a response back after filling out that form. Unfortunately, that is the only way to contact the people who are running that promotion.

I USED A CODE FOR A FREE 14 DAY TRIAL OF XBOX LIVE GOLD BUT I HAVE NOTHING ON MY CONSOLE WITH XBOX LIVE SO NOW THAT I HAVE A GAME CODE I CANT DOWNLOAD IT . CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INFO ON HOW TO DO THIS. IM AS LOST AS MY SON

 

14 day trials will not change your account status to gold, they will only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. So you would need to try playing a game online to see if it's working.
