    Have not received the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection after purchasing GoW4 Ultimate


    I bought the "xbox one s gears of war 4 limited edition bundle" two months ago, but I still cannot get the "Free download of entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection". I asked the Microsoft support, they said I can get the codes one months later after redeeming
    the Gear of War 4 ultimate edition, but there is nothing on my xbox dashboard.

    Now I was suggested to post this issue over here, I hope someone who can solve this problem. Thank you!

    Xbox Gears of War 4 and did not receive xbox 360 collection bonus codes

    I purchased Gears of war 4 bundle, and have not received the Xbox 360 entire gears of war collection (playable on xbox one) as described bundle description (for Ultimate Edition Gears of War 4)

    I never received this collection after purchasing and playing Gears of War Ultimate edition for the Xbox One. I purchased this August 2015 and played it many times. Never received anything about the 360 collection.

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
