Have not received the 2 3 month tokens for the labor day sale

I subscribed during the labor day long weekend where you pay for 1 month and should received 2 3 month free tokens but have not received them yet. Just wondering if those will be emailed out.

Groove Labor Day sale - Have not received code

I was supposed to get 2 x 3 month Groove pass tokens since I purchased a month of Groove during the Labor Day sale, and the month I paid for is just about up and I have yet to receive the tokens as advertised.

Groove Music - Labor Day Promo - 2x 3 months tokens not received

Hi,

I've purchased on 3rd of September a month worth of Groove Music Pass in conjunction with Labor Day Promo, as stated in the description of the promo I was supposed to receive 2 tokens, each worth of 3 months Groove Music, but unfortunately until now I have
not received them yet.

"Sign up for a 30-day Groove Music Pass at $9.99 and we will send you two tokens within 30 days, each good for an additional 3 months of music at no charge (6 months total)."

Billing support has advised me to post here, to make sure that those tokens are delivered.
