    Have not received the 10 GBP preorder bonus


    Hi there,

    I preordered Gears 4 and am yet to receive my preorder bonus - a 10 GBP XBOX voucher. I contacted support previously and was told that vouchers would be sent 1 month after the release of the game so people couldn't charge back the transaction after receiving
    the voucher. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Missing $10 xbox gift card from preorder bonus

    Hi,

    I never received my $10 gift card from my Quantum Break preorder bonus. It said it would take up to 10 days but it's been over a month now. I did receive the Alan Wake and PC Quantum Break bonuses, just not the $10 gift card bonus. I have an order number
    if need be.

    I have not received any of the preorder bonuses for my quantum break order. It said I would receive them within 5-10 days after release but I still havn't got them.

    We award 10 Gems for every 8 GBP. Since you have not completed a 8 GBP spend amount, you have not received additional gems. Note that these 8 GBP amounts go back to the beginning of Gems in October, so part of your purchase in January may have gone towards
    completing a 8 GBP amount in a previous month. We do not give Gems for membership aside from the MyChallenges.

    I didn't receive the 10$ preorder bonus.

    The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com for preordering from them. You would need to contact their customer support if you did preorder from them. If you preordered digitally from the Xbox store, you would not have been eligible for the
    offer.
