    Have not received Store credit whiloe I should (Project Spark)


    I should receive instore credit but I haven't. I had contact with XBOX chatsupport and they send me to this site. They confirmed that the XBOX website states that I am eligible for it.

    "In light of these changes to a fully free model, all players who have purchased Project Sparkdigital content on or after July 28, 2015, purchased and activated retail discs on or after July 28, 2015 or have a remainder balance
    of purchased in-game tokens will be entitled to Microsoft Store credit equivalent to their money spent. Microsoft Store credits will be awarded to all users within 30-60 days after October 5."

    Project Spark Refund

    Hi there,

    According to the Project Spark post about this, if you purchased Project Spark from a retailer separate from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, then you are able to get the refund, but the retailer will not provide you with them.

    It says that you will be refunded in Windows Store Credit, and that it can take 30-60 days from October 5th for you to get the refund, so you should have it by now.

    Really sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with this. Because this is refund we're not able to to assist due to this being a public forum. Apologies for any confusion you may be experiencing. Please reach back out to phone support and explain the
    issue you're having. It appears that the Project Spark team is aware of this
    over here    , Spark Thomas is directing folks over to Phone support as well.

    Recredit, Project Spark

    You will receive a Microsoft account credit if the following are true:

    • You purchased and redeemed the code inside a retail copy of Project Spark on or after October 5, 2015. This means that you used a physical copy of the game to play Project Spark for the first time.
    • You are signed in to the same account that you used to play the game. For example, if there are three accounts on your Xbox One console and you launched and played the game with someone else’s account, the credit will appear on their account.
    • You did not launch and play Project Spark prior to October 5, 2015. Project Spark was a game available only by purchase before this date and is therefore not eligible for this credit.
    Since you had played the game before October 5, 2015, you wouldn't be eligible for the credit.

    I know you looked already but could you please check your Commerce account for an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit from the week of June 6, 2016? As per the

    Project Spark Sunset announcement    , your credit will appear in your account within 30 to 60 days of the game closing on May 13, 2016. Additionally, the credit you receive will be in the currency matching your Microsoft account.
