Have not received SoT Ebony Pistol skin code

I watched several hours of the mixpot stream on the 22nd of March on Xbox's page not Xbox Interactive's like the bot in the chat said to but on my phone. I was watching while signed in to my xbox account but I have not yet received a code or anything from
xbox live.

Missing Sea of Thieves Ebony Pistol Skin

I am also missing my Ebony pistol skin, along with my pre-order items.

SOT support pointed me here after saying that it may take up to 7 days to receive my items.

Missing Ebony Flintlock Pistol (Sea of Thieves)

Hello! It seems like I'm one of the many who haven't received the Ebony Flintlock Pistol from the SoT Mixer event. Any information on claiming it would be awesome.
