Have not received Simply Rewarding credits

I opted into the Simply Rewarding promotion on March 2nd and proceeded to purchase INSIDE, The Witness, Fru and Bully: Scholarship Edition, which totalled a little over $60. I waited the requisite 96 hours but still do not see the 6,000 Reward Credits pending
in my account. My Gamertag is . Please help!

I pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda but I only see that I received the Simply Rewarding Offer. Do I not get the pre-ordering rewards credits?

Have not received my 6000 credits for Simply Rewarding mission

Hello,

I opted in the Simply Rewarding mission (spend $65 on xbox live marketplace to receive 6000 credits), and spent that amount (39.99 + 26.99), however I have not received the credits. Can you please take a look and let me know?

Thanks for the follow-up. There was a delay in our data source for purchase information around the beginning of this month that caused our processing and subsequent Rewarding of purchases to be slowed. We are working on bringing this process back up to speed,
and I can confirm that your purchases have now been processed and Rewarded. Apologies for the confusion.
