Have not received September Game Pass Goals and October Gold Goals prizes

Hello,

I spoke to a rep through the chat service a few days ago and received an email from them soon after regarding this issue. The case number is [Mod Removed]

I have not yet received my prizes for September's Game Pass Goals and October's Gold Goals. I fulfilled Game Pass Goals within the first few days of September and it's been almost two months which is why I contacted you guys. Hopefully you can help me out.

Did not receive game pass goal rewards

Hi I just had a problem woth the game pass goals from October. I completed all the goals but only received the first reward for a $5 gift card. According to last month's goals i should have recieved 2 more prizes each with a value of $10. I was told by
another support member to post my problem here.

Didn't receive my Xbox Game Pass rewards!

I completed the top tier on the October Game Pass Goals, but
haven't received any rewards and it's away to be December! I did also complete the September top tier goal, but I
did receive the reward for that.

I would also like to report I have not seen my reward for doing the October Quest. I completed it during the middle of October.

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.

But it said if you get 2 achievements you get a prize and if you get 4 achievements you get a ultimate prize and if you get 6 achievements you get a ultimate prize and something else
