Have not received Ryse: Legendary Edit

When I purchased my Gold account on 10/9/15, there was an ad on my XB1 dashboard that said I would get Ryse: LE as well as the other games with gold for free. It said I would receive a message with the download link, but I have not, and it's been longer
than 6 weeks.

@Mister Maka, didn't really need the same PR response that you are giving everyone, what me and Bails360 are saying is that within the promotion terms and conditions all it said was it had to be utilised within the screen and there was an option WITHIN the
promotion screen to use a promo code. So this was false advertising and I think all those who did it deserve a code and the terms and conditions should be updated. If you weren't allowed to use a code, how hard is it to program that option out of the promo
window??? Like I said I had no reason to get gold as I had a 14 day trial that came with my xbox, I bought a code to solely to receive the game. Disappointed to not only have zero understanding from your staff, but to also be given the same robot like response.
Talk about unsatisfactory conduct of paying customers....

Did you purchase a pre-paid card during this time frame? To be eligible for this promotion you would have needed to purchase Xbox Live from within the advertisement.

 

I already had a pre-paid card, but i used it to purchase live from within the ad

 

If you redeemed the card, then it does not count towards the promo since you did not actually purchase the gold from the ad.
