Have not received Rocket League code from 3 months Gold promotion - Live chat sent me here

On the 19th of June I saw the promotion that if you currently do not have an active gold membership and you purchase 3 months of gold, you will receive a code for the full download of the game rocket league, when I saw this promotion I contacted this live
chat, and was confirmed with the agent that yes if I purchase the gold, because I do not have an active gold service I would receive the game within a week or two in my message centre.

I did not receive the game so I contacted support again and was again confirmed that I would receive the game and he could see it on my account, I did not receive it in another 2 weeks so I contacted support yet again last week, the agent apologised for
the delay but assured me I would receive the game by the 31st of July.

I again did not, so I contacted yesterday and the agent could not tell me if I was going to receive it, then emailed me today to tell me I will not be receiving a code.

I was told by support that I would receive a code as I was eligible for the promotion, that was before I made the purchase, then I was promised on two seperate occasions I would be receiving the game, can you please tell me when I will be receiving the game?
because I have been patiently waiting for over 1 month and still nothing.

Thanks for waiting, Nathan. Normally, the game code or the game itself should be sent to the account until July 31. But since it still does not show up on your account, we have some workaround to have this followed up. On this case, you would need to post
this concern on our dedicated team through their forums.

Once you have posted this concern, the promotions team will be sending you a private message. They may ask you additional details. Please take note of the date you have added your subscription and let them know that you have checked your email and Xbox Live
Notifications. Let them also know that you have searched for the game manually through the store and it still asks you to purchase.

I signed up for XBox Lve Gold during the Rocket League promotion on June 29. A Rocket League code should be sent by July 31. I still not received the code.
