Have not received rewards

I have participated and completed the requirements for several promotions and “Xbox quests” and have yet to receive any of the rewards promised. The first one was a few months back a promotion that said if you played 15+ hours of Xbox Live gaming you would
receive a Rocketdactyl avatar item through the Xbox message center. The next was a Xbox quest which required downloading Xbox game pass, logging in to Xbox Live at least 15 days that month, and getting 4 achievements from separate games to win a mystery prize
and be entered to win a 55” television. I have yet to receive the avatar item or mystery prize. Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong to qualify, or just need to wait longer. -Jason

To clarify, is this in reference to the October Xbox Quests? If so, please make sure to keep an eye out on your Xbox One messages in the next 30-days, as codes will be sent out within 30-days from the end of the month. If you don't receive any communication
by the end of November, please create a new thread and let us know.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
