Have not received rewards from Xbox Quest July 17-30 and still haven't received 3 months from ...

As the title says I haven't received the rewards for quest completion yet, as well at the 3 months of Live I was supposed to get in June. I did check my account and the only thing for 3 months was the purchase I made, then me redeeming the code they
sent to redeem it a couple minutes later.

Xbox Live Gold Quest: Summer Edition Problem

Hey,

What is happening ? It's been over a month and haven't received my mystery Rewards from 3 Xbox Live Gold Quests: Summer Edition which i have completed 100%. I got my rewards from the first two quests but haven't received my rewards from the lasts 3. I haven't
received my rewards from the following quests:

• July 17 – July 30

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Earn 6 achievements in any two July Games with Gold from July 17-23

Quest 2: Play 60 minutes of multiplayer every day from July 24-30

• July 31 – August 13

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Play 3 hours of multiplayer, 3 days in a row by July 9

Quest 2: Join a new club from July 10-16

• August 14 – August 27

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Play 30 minutes of multiplayer every day by August 20.

Quest 2: Get seven new achievements from August 21-27.

As you can see in my photos i have completed everything and still didn't received my mystery rewards! Please solve my problem!

Hi, I was told to post here about not receiving a promotion. Anyways, title is self-explanatory. I purchased 3 months of xbox live gold on June 17th to take advantage of the buy 3, get 3 free sale. I haven't received a code for the free 3 months; the
description said I should have received the code within 10-14 business days. Please help, thanks.

I would contact official support via chat or phone to see if they can assist you with the account issue. Normally it can take awhile to get your rewards but that seems like a long time for the July ones.

It's been 2 months and still nothing. I finished the 3rd Quest on July and the last quest was on August. Never received from the lasts 3 anything.

Sorry that you haven't seen anything for the November quest. The rewards are given if you complete the three steps. I was able to complete the quest and received the free reward and, if you want to know, the reward is a code for a free rental of the Wonder
Woman movie. If you completed all three parts of the quest, you will receive the reward. Check your messages from Xbox Live in your console quick access menu to find it.

I completed all 3 steps to the quest. That is my point. They were competed but I still haven't received anything.

If you read the FAQ, you can see that the rewards are given the following month https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/gold/quests As far as I know, it has always been that way.
