    Have not received Rewards from Xbox Gold Quests for November or December


    Hello, I have tried talking with 2 separate people for support on this. One of the support reps was completely rude and actually managed to disconnect from me. The second rep was somewhat helpful, but said I had to go here.

    I am absolutely certain I fulfilled my gold quests from November and December, and I still have no rewards from either month, so I need to rewards. The only issue I can see at all is I didn't renew my Gold subscription in December for two days or so (BUT
    it was renewed and active by the end of the month)

    Xbox support please reply

    Tried for a while to get someone from Xbox to answer why I haven't received quest rewards since OCTOBER.... no rewards for october, November, December, January, or February. Can please someone tell me what I MUST DO to get an answer?

    Hey Jakinator178! We were able to determine that you were not eligible for the November Game Quest reward. December's rewards are sent out over the course of January so you may still get it soon. If you do not receive a reward by the end of January, post

    I just received a message for completing an Xbox Quest, but I have no idea if this is for November or December. Also, my reward was for Super Dungeon Bros., but I already own this game because it was a Games with Gold game some time last year. I am happy that
    Xbox has added the Xbox Live and Game Pass Quests, but I have also seen other posts in this forum wherein players are describing receiving games that they already own or add-ons for games they do not own, and it is disappointing to get a reward that I cannot
    redeem. Implementing a way to choose between a couple rewards may help avoid these situations where players receive content they already own or cannot use.

    If you have any update on whether this reward I just received was from November or December that would be helpful.

    Glad to hear you got it sorted out, It must have been a bug with the first couple months because I too didn't receive my reward for November's or even October's quest. I did just receive a reward message yesterday for completing December's quest though.
    I'm waiting to hear back from support on the thread I just posted.

    If you have already received 1 Month of Xbox Live Gold, it sounds like you are set for that month's quest. Just to clarify, when did you receive that reward, and which specific quest are you posting in regards to? If you are posting
    in regards to December quests, those codes have not started sending out yet. December quest rewards will deliver in waves by the end of January.

    If you received a code in December, that would be for November's quest as those codes started sending out in waves in December. For the December Quest specifically that you are posting for, rewards will begin sending out in waves this month. Since it can
    take up to 30 days for codes to send out, please post back at the end of January if you do not receive a reward so we can take a deeper look.
