    Have not received rewards for Go West for Rewards level 3


    I received my rewards for Go West for Rewards Level 1- Hit The Trail and Level 2- Stop by an Outpost on March 16th. I completed the requirements for level 3- Ford the River last Sunday, 3 achievements in the game I purchased (Tropico
    5- Complete Edition) on Saturday the 17th and 2 more on Sunday the 18th (in the same game of course). I have been checking daily to see if my rewards are pending but they are not. On the page for the mission (Xbox Live Rewards)
    It still shows 0% for the level 3 stage- Ford The River and I have not received the 5,000 rewards points for that stage or the 5,000 the following one- Stake Your Claim. It has been over a week and the FAQ says it will be counted within 96 hours.

    Wild West Rewards no signs of credits

    Hi,

    For Wild West Rewards/Go West I have complete level 1 and level 2 and been awarded credits for them, however I have obtained achievements required for level 3 but have no had the progress in the task show since the 10 days that have passed after I achieved
    them and because of this I can't claim the level 4 bonus.

    Being Dr. Rewards - Level 3 and Bonus Level 4

    I see multiple posts indicating a known problem with the issuance of the reward for Level 3 and Level 4 of the Being Dr. Rewards. The posts indicate the problem was fixed and a roll-out of the solution would be forthcoming. I can confirm that as of February
    3rd, 2018, I have still not received my reward for these two levels. I purchased Tacoma during the reward period and completed all achievements for the game. This should have qualified me for the Level 3 and Level 4 rewards.

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Those Credits are now pending in your account.
