    Have Not Received Rewards Credits


    Hi 9 days ago I ordered the Xbox One S Halo Collection Bundle. On Xbox Live Rewards it included 50,000 rewards points in addition to free express shipping. I received my Xbox One S bundle, and extra game 7 days ago, and my $25 gift card code 2 days ago,
    but still have not received my credits. I am 100% sure I put in the required code at checkout, as I ordered express shipping and it was free (furthermore, I also know it was express shipping because the Xbox only took 3 days to ship over the weekend, as opposed
    the standard "5-7 business days"). Thanks for the help.

    Not receiving reward credits

    Hi, I have not received any rewards credits since May 24. This includes mission rewards and VIP rewards credits.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

    Still haven't gotten my rewards points for Recore or Gears of war 4

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least

    Thanks for the follow-up. There was a delay in our data source for purchase information around the beginning of this month that caused our processing and subsequent Rewarding of purchases to be slowed. We are working on bringing this process back up to speed,
    and I can confirm that your purchases have now been processed and Rewarded. Apologies for the confusion.
