Have not received reward for Free to play title challenge

I completed last months challenge to play 3 games for 5 hours each. I had infact completed four games at 5 hours and did not receive the reward for doing so. As the challenge has refreshed I also cannot track this progress from last month.

I also have completed Golden Child.

It was not added Rewards Credits from FREEdom Rewards.

Hello.

I had purchased some add-on contents for Free to Play titles, but I have not received Rewards Credits.

MyMission page says "My Rewards Credits Earned:0" from Free Pass, FREEquent Player, and One-Two-FREEPunch.

Freedom rewards not received.

Last month (March 2018) I bought additional content for free to play titles which should have completed 2 of the freedom rewards on offer at the time. One was to purchase £24 of add on content for free to play titles and the other to purchase a minimum of
£4 of additional content for 3 different free to play titles. I completed both in the last couple of days of March, I received the gems for these offers but not the rewards points. Please help, I would like this rectified before the changeover to microsoft
rewards. Thanks.

Hello ChickaBumpBump,

Since opting in to the offer on November 22nd, you only played five hours or more in two titles less month (Battle Ages and Marvel Heroes). Since the offer requires three games with five or more hours, you did not complete the offer. The only title you had
that had significant playtime aside from those two was Dungeon Defenders II at 4 hours and 21 minutes.

Since MyChallenges were only created in October, it is impossible to have completed Golden Child. That requires three consecutive months of Gold (90 days), and the the offer was only created two months ago.

I have it, I got it free from Raptr rewards last year. Only played it once though, it was fun but challenging.

Since you have only played five hours or more in Gems of War, you only have one punch for this offer. However, note that as stated in our FAQ it can take 96 hours for activity to be processed for Rewarding:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

So if you have only recently played time in Free to Play titles, we may not have received that data at the current time.
