Have not received Reward Credits for pre-ordering FH3

Please have someone from the Rewards Support team email me at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** - using this forum is clunky and unproductive. I specifically pre-ordered FH3 using the link in the email that was sent to me. A response of "sorry, you must not have clicked the
link correctly" is not a valid response to lock my post and Mark it as Solved.

Please email me regarding this issue.

Punch card december

At the end of Last year there was a punch card reward for pre-ordering 3 games of 15000 credits however i have not received any credits despite pre-ordering 3 games (Dead Rising 4, Watch dogs 2 and resident evil 7).

I pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda but I only see that I received the Simply Rewarding Offer. Do I not get the pre-ordering rewards credits?

Hello AaronB360,

We do not contact users via email. However, all our purchase information for your account shows that you made a digital purchase off the Xbox console and not MicrosoftStore.com. We have verified that the emails we sent out had links that redirected to MicrosoftStore.com
and not an alternate storefront. Since you made a digital purchase off the console, it was not eligible for the MicrosoftStore.com offer.

Hi BoldCougar26. Since your pre-order was made prior to the offer period, it was only eligible for the keys, not the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders made during the offer period received both keys and Credits.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer has not ended yet, it is too early to receive Credits.

From our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles,
you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.
