Have not received redemption Microsoft points for Game Pass

I redeemed my Microsoft points for a 1 month Game Pass. I can see the order reads "shipped", but I haven't received an email confirmation or redemption code.

Support told me to go to rewards.xbox.com and contact support, but that site will not let me log in. I only get a splash screen that keeps popping up every time I go to a link.

Can anyone help me out, please?

Season Pass not working for me ???

Season Pass is not working for many customers and the problem is with epic. i just asked microsoft for redemption codes for the points i was shafted on.

my rewards points didnt activate my xbox game pass

For help with the Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Once you redeem something like game pass, they would have emailed you a code. It would not have been directly applied to your account.

Thank you. I just got email from Microsoft. Was told they only have certain amount of rewards game pass for redemption points customers. Did not know that

You should receive the points about 14 days after the controller ships. If you don't receive them after that, you'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.
