    Have not received redeemed reward


    So I had saved points up to buy a $5 gift card and a week or two later and it has not arrived. I have tried chat support for half an hour and only was linked to this forum. I have checked and have not received it in the email and I have provided the right
    email.

    Points redeemed a month ago but haven’t been deposited

    I redeemed 750 my vip gems on may 5 for 15000 Microsoft reward points and have not received them in my Microsoft rewards. Will I ever get them?

    Do you mean you redeemed the code on your Microsoft account and the points aren't showing up in game, or you redeemed it from Microsoft Rewards and haven't received that code yet?

    If it's from Rewards, keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
