    HAVE NOT RECEIVED QUEST REWARD FOR APRIL AND MAY QUEST PROGRESS IS NOT UPDATING


    I still have not received my quest reward for April and May Xbox quest progress is not updating for may. This is the third time I've had a problem with this program. Why am I going through the trouble of completing these if I'm the one that has to remind
    Microsoft to give me my reward?

    When will we be able to see our quest progress for May?

    When I look at my quest progress it shows last months quest progress which is April. I would like to see my progress for May. How long will it be so we can see Mays progress?

    April and May quest issues.

    Still no rewards, or update of any kind on this. I completed all criteria for those month's.

    This new quest for June/July isn't tracking progress for adding friends either. Would like to get this sorted out. Perhaps the promotion team should just remove the adding friends as a task, since it obviously doesn't track properly.

    Hey there,

    For tracking the May Xbox Quest, the appropriate teams are looking into the Games with Gold download portion not reflecting appropriately. This should not interfere with receiving rewards for the May Quest (rewards will go out till the end of June). For
    April, there was not a guaranteed reward for that month and instead everyone received extra entries to win the Gold Xbox One X console.

    Hope this helps clear up any confusion!

    Sorry to hear about the progress issue. How many days has the ineligible message displayed? That information will help us a bunch!
    This has been going on since the beginning of April and I'm getting this message again trying to look at progress for the May Quest.

    Oh, almost forgot. I even tried to re-trigger it by getting a 7th achievement three weeks after the quest started. Still no dice. I really hope these things are fixed soon. I currently have three different quests for May where I've gotten all the achievements
    and they show as achieved, but the final 'click here to claim your reward' is a dead link and goes nowhere.
