Have not received Quantum Break PC Code

I have still not received my code for Quantum Break on PC after my purchase on Xbox. I talked to Support and they directed me here.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

Also have not received my Quantum Break pc code or my Alan wake codes.

I bought Quantum Break 24 days ago but have not received the Alan Wake American Nightmare. But I received Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC codes.



Date of Purchase: 3/31/2016.

Were you able to confirm the purchase date on the page Mister Beep linked you to? There have been some confusion with this offer. Let us know

 

The date is after but I was told by 2 different support reps 1 being the day I purchased the game and was told both times I would get the PC version. This was the whole reason I bought it on xbox instead of PC
