Have not received Punchcard Points

Preordered Final Fantasy xv, Resident Evil 7, and Xenoverse 2.. all 3 games eligible in punchcard but no rewards. After constant calls to 1800 4-my-xbox and many conversations with Microsoft chat they all suggest I create a post because these guys are the
only people allowed to handle it. I have attached a link of a punchcard in which the games I preordered were eligible for the 15k credits. Please contact me anytime. Thanks.

i pre ordered 3 games but i never got my third games to be registered in my punchcard

Triple Feature Reward not given

For January I completed the Triple Feature Reward where you rent 3 movies, however, I was not awarded credit for the last movie I rented, and therefore did not get my points nor the MyVIP Gems. I had rented the following movies:

Atomic Blonde - Jan 1 - Punchcard Received

Lucky Logan - Jan 6 - Punchcard Received

Blade Runner 2049 - Jan 26 - Punchcard Not Received

So because I never got the punchcard for Blade Runner, I was not awarded the points or the gems. I'm hoping someone could look into this and correct the issue for me.

Preorder punchcard

I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

I'm not sure if there is currently an offer to receive points for that purchase, but you would need to check the Microsoft Rewards app on the console. Usually if there is an offer to receive points for a specific game, it's part of a punchcard and you have to activate the punchcard before the purchase to get the points.

did you purchase through the punchcard link or via other means ( store, site ) ?

if through punchcard you should get the points, if by any other means you won't.

but then you should have received your purchase reward points ( amount excl vat x100 ) which should be around 5000+ points as well

in my case it was 5206 purchase points. if I had not preordered and used the punchcard it would have been 6000

Points won't be given until after the punchcard offer ends. The current offer ends July 15th, so you won't receive the points until after that.

You have to purchase during the offer period. So if the punchcard started today, you would not receive credit for purchases made before the punchcard started.
