Have not received promotional offer for signing up for Xbox gold live 3 months

I recently purchased the 3 month gold membership that was 40% off and came with a $500,000 shark card from Grand theft auto V. It said that it would send me the code for it on my message center, it's been more than 4 hours that I've signed up for gold and
I have yet to receive any message to receive this promotion. Very unsatisfied.

Xbox Live Gold Card 1 year sign up / $15 promotional xbox gift card issue

Hello,

I signed up for xbox live gold for 1 year on 6/20/15 because it indicated that I would receive a $15 promotional xbox gift card.

I received a message today from XBOX LIVE today welcoming me to xbox live gold with a promotional code.

But the problem is that I only got a $5 promotional gift card instead of the $15 promotional gift card that I suppose to receive...

When I clicked xbox live gold when I was about to sign up, it indicated like this shown below.

1 year subscription - $15 promotional gift card

3 months subscription - $10 promotional gift card

1 month subscription - $5 promotional gift card

Please look into this and get back to me... I won't redeem the $5 promotional code that I received today until I hear back from you guys...

Still missing 3 Month Xbox Live Gold for January PUBG Promotion

Hi

I have not received my 3 Month Xbox Live Gold token for participating in the Play Together (PUBG) with Xbox Live Gold Promotion.

1. I purchased 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold via the promotional webpage on Xbox.com.

I have screen dumped the webpage and order.

I haven't seen that promotion so I don't know the specific turnaround time, but codes are generally sent a few weeks after you purchase the gold. They are not sent immediately. This would have been stated in the terms and conditions on the ad before you
made the purchase.

that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!
