    Have not received points in a very long time please help


    I just purchased $70 worth of content last night. It doesn't reflect it in my Microsoft account. I have done countless missions and met qualifications for rewards alot, and never get them. It says since 2010 i have earned only 9,000 or so reward credits.
    I own over 200 xbox one titles and they are all digital. PLEASE HELP! I HAVE BEEN REFERRED BY AMANDA @XBoX Support!

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member after the September
    2015 recalibration, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases until you earned your first star in September 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Furthermore, it takes us up to 96 hours to process new information. If you made your purchases yesterday, it would be too early to see those Credits. Also, if those purchases were not for any offers, from our FAQ:





    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    Since payback is calculated as monthly whole, it would be much too early to see MyVIP payback for March purchases.

    Very Long Loading Times

    I don't know why it's taking that long to load as with me it takes far less time (Although I have the hard copy), but it's better than it doing the DL glitch (Reach... why you 40%-0 me on missions? this happened on a cracked but still playable disc as the
    data film was intact, but I have another disc now)

    Agreed,it definitely shouldn't take that long to install unless you've got poor internet & are downloading a patch at the same time.

    The game is not optimized to be installed. It's actually meant to be streamed from the disc itself, much like GTA V.

    Unfortunately if you're using the Games on Demand version, there is no workaround for this and loading times will take a while.
