Have not received my promotional Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 codes with purchase of Rainbow 6 ...

Hello,

From my latest customer service attempt, I've now been directed to post here for my issue to be resolved. I've been in touch with the Microsoft Store support as well as Xbox support (case #1322425496) and Ubisoft's support which directed me right back to
you guys. I talked to a xbox rep on friday for about an hour who was trying really hard to figure it out but still wasn't able. A guy from xbox called me today to attempt resolving it again and said i had to contact the online Microsoft store customer support
who I then talked to 2 different people before they referred me here by a supervisor. I was supposed to receive Rainbow Six Vegas 1&2 promotional codes and said would be delivered 1-2 weeks after purchase. I bought Rainbow Six Seige through the digital store
on 12/29/15 and it immediately showed up on my account. I was told the promo games may show up in my messenger center for pending download but they still aren't there either. I know the forums say 6-8 weeks but since I was directed here and was told you guys
are my real answer, so I hope it's true haha. Please let me know if there's anything else you need.

Have not received legacy Rainbow Six Vegas/Vegas 2 codes for purchase of Siege

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2. Date of purchase February 6, 2016. Please provide codes.

Promotion name: “Free Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 with digital purchase of Rainbow Six Siege”

Date of purchase: “December 26,2015 day after Christmas”

Issue:

“I have not received my Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 code after 10 calendar days.”

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

I purchase rainbow six siege on my Xbox one on December 28 and I still have not received my code for rainbow six Vegas 1 and 2 and it's been almost 2 weeks. How do I fix this?

I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
