Have not received my Promotional $75 gift card yet

I received the offer on my xbox 360 dashboard and bought and activated my xbox one as my home console on July the 24th with my gamertag . I bought the console from amazon.com on the 22nd. I have yet to receive my $75 gift card. I do live in the US.

I have not received my $10 gift card that was promised to me upon buying a month of xbox live gold. I saw the promotional offer on the xbox dashboard on my xbox 360. I purchased the month on Feb. 4th and it ended on March 4th. Up until this day I have not
received the gift card. I have a reference code that a representative gave to me to check up on the gift card.-

Wrong Amount for 3 Month Subsription

Hello,

On the 27th of June, I bought a three month of Xbox Live Subsription as it said I would recieve a 10 dollar promotional gift card. Today I received a message from Xbox Live, giving me only a 5 dollar gift card. I bought the three months to get the $10, not
a $5 dollar gift card. Anyone know who to contact or when I will receive the extra 5 dollars? Also I have not redeemed the gift card yet.
