    Have not received my pre order codes from Quantum Break


    No code for windows 10 version and no codes for any of the Alan Wake stuff. It's been weeks at this point, was told would be receiving more info via xbox message but have not seen anything yet.

    Is it that hard to verify and then manually send the codes to those who have the game flagged on their account as a pre order?

    Frustrating to spend money on something and not receive exactly what was promoted.

    Same, I got my code for Alan Wake and American Nightmare, but not for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break.

    It's been a while now and I'm sure we were supposed to get them 7 Days after release if we pre-ordered?

    Well that was odd. Shortly after posting I got the code. Hopefully you get yours sorted also. Have not received my pre order codes from Quantum Break :)

    I have yet to get either the Alan Wake or Quantum Break windows 10 codes. A few days to a week is okay, but the game came out 21 days ago
