Have not received my Lara Croft Xbox Avatar outfit! Xbox Support sent me here

I havent received my Avatar items after i preordered Shadow of the Tomb Raider on the microsoft store. Xbox support told me that the promotional team were the only ones that could help me and this is the only way to contact them.

Any help is much appreciated

Never received mine either - pre-ordered Shadow of the Tomb Raider (Croft) through Microsoft, and neither support or Square Enix was able to answer that exact question. I gave up.

Thanks for replying. After doing some research into the matter of the pre-order bonuses (depending on which version of the game you purchased), they are applied to your account at that time; however, they don't automatically show up and must be earned or
unlocked in the game itself during game play as you go along.

I apologize if you feel you got the run-around from the support agent you spoke to but am glad that they confirmed that your account did have the entitlement to the items. If you aren't sure how to go about obtaining the items in-game, then you may want
to reach out to the support team in the
Tomb Raider forums over at
Square Enix. There are likely some solutions over there that will be quite helpful, or you can post to ask for assistance as well.

As stated above ive already spoken with customer support and they didnt initially know what i was talking about. After they finally understood and clarified that i should have received my items, the support agent told me that the promotional team on this
forum where the only people that could help me. I was talking to him for like an hour before he finally clarified all this but sent me here. Is there any way you can help me?

Thanks for your response. I contacted support again and im told i will receive further news in two days. I couldnt find any help in the tomb raider forums. In regards to unlocking the item through gameplay, im not sure on this as i have 100% the game twice
so im not sure what im supposed to have done in game to unlock the items
