    Have not received my gears of war collection codes


    I purchased the 1tb gears of war 4 system on Oct 14 and I have yet to receive the codes.

    Note: I already have other codes from the Gears collection, but these are because I had previously purchased the Gears Ultimate Edition earlier.

    I have had the gears of war 4 limited edition console got on the 6 of October and it's been a month

    I bought my gears of war4 limited edition console and still have not received my codes for the gears of war collection and I even pre ordered it as well so why have I not received my codes. Never got a message or email with the codes

    To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase of
    Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this. You can find more information

    GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.
