    Have not received my free movie code. Xbox support cannot help me. Sent here to receive help.


    I recently received a promotional on my Xbox which was supposed to give one free action movie upon renewing my Xbox live gold membership. However, I have not received the code as promised after renewing for 12 months.

    The Xbox support people have told me that the code does not exist and that the promotion is not a real promotion since I cannot provide proof and their team cannot find any such promotion. I have heard other people talk about this same promotion.

    After waiting a week for an email, they told me to just go check with the admins on this link. Any help would be appreciated.

    I received my code the same day I read that story, however I just received my Xbox One the other day and did not save the email, and it was purged from my account and folders. I usually never receive rewards like this for anything and was excited to receive
    it due to my loyalty as an Xbox user and supporter of Microsoft products. I was hoping that since the code was sent from a microsoft system of some kind to my account it could be resent or another code could be issued.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.
