Have not received my Free Copy of South Park: The Stick of Truth after preordering SP: ...

So this is a bit confusing but I think you will only be able to get the stick of truth game when Fractured But Whole is released. Below are some of the fineprint in regards to the promotion provided by Ubisoft on the game's site here:

However if you get the promotional game earlier then the release that would be awesome. South Park The Stick of Truth is already part of the backwards compatibility program so gaming on Xbox One should be fine. You can check out the

Park™:" So you won't receive the game until the new game launches. You should be able to download the game for free at that time.

I thought this was the case and even quoted the visible text after my pre-order.
(This was before the delay announcement)

However, my other unposted emails from Ubisoft support seem to imply I should already have the code. Just thought I'd follow up, would have been nice to wet my appetite beforehand.

To follow up with what Smwutches mentioned, are you in the preview program running the latest Anniversary update? If so, you will want to make sure to report the issue with the feedback app and then check in on the Preview
Program forums for further information/assistance.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST which is why you haven't received a response yet. With tomorrow being a holiday, they won't be back until Tuesday.

If you're in the preview program, it has to due with the new store.
