    Have not received my Flintlock Pistol Skin - Account is Linked


    Good afternoon,

    I was told in what looked like an automated email to post a thread here if I had not received my Sea of Thieves pistol skin from the mixer live stream. In my notifications icon on the mixer website, I got a notification 9 hours ago that I had received it.
    However, the pistol is not showing up in my armory. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to receive my skin. Thank you so much!

    Have not recieved Ebon Flintlock after watching 2nd Livestream and connecting to xbox

    I tuned in to the sea of thieves livestream on mixer and linked my xbox account but i have not recieved the ebon flintlock pistol skin

    Flintlock Pistol Went to Wrong Microsoft Account

    Hi there , thanks for reaching out.

    To clarify, the Ebon Flintlock pistol would have been sent to the Microsoft/Xbox account that you linked your Mixer account to and watched one of the qualifying Mixpot streams for on Mixer.

    If you received the pistol on that account, it indicates that is the account you were signed into when you watched the stream.
    Thank you - I recognize that but the account that it was linked to was by mistake, it is an account that does not have the game. Can I have the skin transferred or applied to my proper gamertag? It was a trivial mistake, but frustrating that I can't get
    the skin now....
