    Hey, i have pre-purchased Final Fantasy XV: Digital Premium Edition about 7-10 days ago and i am still yet to receive my Avatar Item Codes (Noctis Male/Female and Carbuncle Avatar Prop) as well as my Platinum Leviathan Regalia Recolor DLC Code in my inbox,
    is there any way i can get this rectified or have the codes sent to me to fix this issue?

    I preordered FFXV for Xbox One on April 24th and have not received the avatar codes. I hear that this has been a problem for some people. What can I do to get those codes?

    Codes are sent out 7-10 days after your date of purchase. Be sure to keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages for communication and of you don't receive anything by the 11th day, please create a new thread in the promotion forums Have not received my codes for my FFXV Avatar Items on Xbox One :)

    I also have not received my code from Xbox for the yarny avatar item as I pre-order the game on 02/08/2016. In which the description for the pre-order read that the code would be delivered over Xbox live 7-10 days after the games release.
