Have not received my Alan Wake nor Quantum Break Win 10 codes.

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on the Xbox Store via Xbox One on April 4th 2016. I have still yet to receive neither my Alan Wake codes nor the code for Quantum Break on Windows 10.

I would just like to get what was promised to me, mainly the Alan Wake codes are what I am most concerned about.

Quantum Break pre order codes

Hi,

I was told to post here by Xbox Chat Support.

I pre-ordered Quantum Break via the Xbox Store on the 3rd March 2016. I have not received any of the Alan Wake codes (Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Alan Wake, Alan Wake The Signal, nor Alan Wake The Writer) nor have I received the code for Quantum Break
on Windows 10.

Any help would be much appreciated.

We're investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Same as Quaggas here. I have only received the American Nightmare code. No vanilla alan wake +DLC codes nor the windows 10 version of Quantum break.

The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch.

Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

•Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Alan Wake : The Signal DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Quantum Break on Windows 10

I have also not receive my Alan wake code for preordering quantum break on Saturday March 5 , I've receive alan wake American nightmare only, and also have not received my Windows 10 copy

Hey there!

When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

Have not received my Alan Wake nor Quantum Break Win 10 codes.
