    Have not received my Alan Wake and Quantum Break Windows 10 PC code.


    Hi, was told by chat support to post my issue here. I ordered the game on the 4th and received no codes for Alan Wake or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. Chat support was able to verify my purchase.

    Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

    Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

    It's everyone who purchased the game. I haven't seen a single person that said they recieved it.

    Have not received my Quantum Break Windows 10 redeem code either. They said the first wave was sent out on April 12th, and many have received it.

    I have not received my codes either and have tried to resolve this multiple times via support chat and on the phone. Add me on Xbox Live as I am filing a false advertisement lawsuit on Monday due to the fact that Xbox/Microsoft is not taking care of this
    issue and has repeatedly lied and gave us the run-around regarding this issue

    "According to recent tweets from Microsoft Support’s official Twitter account and the official Quantum Break Twitter account, codes for the PC version of the game along with the Alan Wake game codes are going to go out in waves over the “next 7-10 days”.
    The codes send out is going to be in waves and if you have not received your code and are eligible, Microsoft has said that you should wait a few more days."

    I also have heard nothing so far regarding my QB preorder codes. Was told 7-10 days to receive them, it's going on 14 days and still no word...this is ridiculous.

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.
