Have not received my 6000 credits for Simply Rewarding mission

Hello,

I opted in the Simply Rewarding mission (spend $65 on xbox live marketplace to receive 6000 credits), and spent that amount (39.99 + 26.99), however I have not received the credits. Can you please take a look and let me know?

Simply not working?

I opted in on the "simply rewarding" offer, and bought Gears of War 4 for $69. I have still not received my 6000 points. When can I expect them to arrive?

(Not So) Simply Rewarding

I activated the mission entitled "Simply Rewarding" in which it would reward 6000 Microsoft points upon the purchase of $60 worth of games. I then preceded to purchase For Honor and STEEP totaling up to $89, and I have not received my rewards. I made these
purchases on March 3 and March 12 respectively.

We are currently experiencing a delay in processing purchases for Rewards. Normally, this process takes up to 96 hours, but due to this issue, that has been extended a few days. We can confirm seeing these purchases. Once we can confirm we have processed
and Rewarded them, we'll update this thread. Apologies for the inconvenience.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not been 15 days since the game's release, it is too early to see those Credits pending. Since the Simply Rewarding offer for 6000 Credits is for purchases off the Xbox Store, you purchase from the MicrosoftStore.com site would not be eligible
for that offer.
