Have Not Received My $5 giftcard

I entered in the promotion where you upload a receipt from a qualifying purchase and get sent a $5 giftcard. I registered 3 receipts on the 29th of May and received the corresponding emails on the 30th of May, now I uploaded 2 more receipts on the 30th of
May and I have not received the emails for those receipts. Can someone help me with this, I've contacted support only to be redirected multiple times ending up here. I really want the cards that I'm owed as they were to pay for a game.

ive also seen where people have received a complimentary 5$ giftcard to "start off the holiday shopping" . I have not received one. Will i get one? My neighbors kids across the street got one and my nephews received one as well. It was in their message.
Please dont leave us without the "precious" 5. Precious.......

I know it says to wait 3 to 4 days and that you submitted within the time frame, and that your first batch of codes came through without issue but with that being said, it wouldn't be entirely unlikely that this may just be down to a slight delay. I would
give it just one more week and then come back if you are still without your reward. However, hopefully by that time, you will have received it.

Why is it that no action has been taken by now? It's not just me either it's tons of other people that are not receiving the codes the are owed! I am starting to feel that we are just being brushed aside.
